Welcome to Clarion Hotel & Congress Copenhagen Airport.  Our hotel is located with direct access to the airport. A vibrant meeting spot in an international and unique atmosphere characterized by art, design and food.


We offer full access to all services needed and a premium location just two minutes’ walk from Copenhagen Airport via a covered walkway and a 12 minute travel time only to Central Copenhagen by metro. 

The hotel is an architectural masterpiece, furnished with modern Scandinavian design, and it is the perfect backdrop for any meeting, conference or event.

Together with our sister hotel Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport right next door we are Northern Europe's largest airport conference venue.  In total we offer 988 rooms, 30 meeting rooms and 10 plenary rooms complete with state-of-the-art technology meeting solutions right at the airport. Our largest conference space is The Hangar with room for up to 2150 delegates.

We are ISO 14001 certified. This means we continuously work to minimize our footprint and become more sustainable  by e.g. reducing water and power consumption and replacing chemicals with more environment friendly solutions.

With the airport, E20 motorway, train and metro right at our doorstep, our venue is perfect for spontaneous meetings as well as large conferences with participants from all over the world. 


Rooms

We offer 383 rooms at Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport and further 605 are at our sister hotel Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport, right next door.  

Enjoy a stay in our spacious rooms featuring light, Scandinavian décor. Our smallest rooms are actually some of the biggest ones in town at 33 sqm, and they feel bright and airy thanks to fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms all offer minibar, coffee and tea and it is possible to order room service. 

Capacity

No matter if you need a place for a quick meeting for two people or a conference for 2150, we have the facilities you need. 

We offer 40 bright and flexible conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate anything from 2 to 2150 people. 14 of these meeting rooms are conveniently located on the 4th floor at Terminal 3. 

If you are looking for conference facilities with a wow factor, check out our new venue "The Hangar" with space for up to 2.150 people, 5 Cessna planes or 25 cars! This is an incredibly flexible space that can be divided into five separate sections for up to 450 people in each.

Facilities

All of our meeting rooms are fully equipped for efficient meetings. WiFI, LCD, sound systems, flipcharts, whiteboard, pens & pads included. 

After a long day of meetings and brainstorming, there’s plenty of opportunity to relax with your colleagues here at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport. Take some time out in our spa and relaxation area, which offers a heated salt water pool, aroma steam room and six treatment rooms. 

You can also work up a sweat in our well-equipped gym that is open 24/7. Those of you who prefer to exercise outdoors will find a good range of routes right on the doorstep, including fabulous beach trails.

If you have some time to spare after your meetings, you can take the metro at Terminal 3 and be in central Copenhagen in just 12 minutes! Go ahead and explore all the wonderful things that this city has to offer.
