Nature is present everywhere at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel & Conference. Located in Lyngby at the banks of Mølleåen and close to forest and lakes the always beautiful and tranquil surroundings create the perfect atmosphere for you and your meeting.
July 2019 we were the first – and at the moment – the only Danish hotel chain to get The Organic Food Label in silver, which is your guarantee to have 60-90% organic food and drinks with us.
Our main focus is gastronomy and we admire the authentic. Organic and local produced commodities are a natural part of the Sinatur-DNA.

Frederiksdal
works determinedly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,
because we care for the natural surroundings around us.
Sinatur has
some very ambitious 2030-goals, which fits perfectly with the 17 UN Goals.
Frederiksdal is a part of Denmark’s first CO2-neutral hotel chain (Goal 6, 7,
12, and 13), which we are very proud of.
Organic and
locally produced ingredients are part of our DNA. Our suppliers are Danish
sustainable companies, and some goods we even produce on our own (Goal 14 and
15). We minimize our food waste and works towards being a zero-waste hotel. We
re-use and re-cycle as much as we can.
Every time
a meeting or conference is held at Frederiksdal we buy 1 m2 of Danish land
through The Danish Nature Fund, which aims to protect water, nature and
wildlife in Denmark.
