At Vingsted we believe we can make a change and reduce our carbon outlet if work strategically
with a select amount of the UN SGDs and by our 2020-2022 sustainability

Our bar offers large screen tv, pool tables, dart, foosball etc. for fun entertainment
and mingling events.
Our banquet halls hold up to 2000 guests and we offer overnight stays for 800 guests. On
top of this, we offer 9 school fieldtrip houses with a capacity for up to 100
persons.
In 2019 we introduced our brand new telescopic bleacher congress hall with room for 800
seated visitors.
Facilities
The variety of rooms in our venue make Vingsted the perfect place to host anything from a
congress to a party of up to 2000 participants, conferences for 600 overnight guests, day meetings, kick offs, sport events or teambuilding retreats.
We have 30 meeting rooms of larger or smaller scale, 1 auditorium, 3 banquet halls and 2 large
exhibition halls you can easily turn into party locations. All rooms are supplied with modern technical facilities.
On top of this, we have several lounges and coffee areas also available as break outs if
desired.
Vingsted is a 3-star hotel and a 4 star conference venue certified by Horesta.
