Change is usually a challenge. We acknowledge that at Bautahøj. Fortunately, the word challenge means that there is also a solution. A solution based on all kinds of contributions and resources. Our contribution is to take care of everything extra so you can keep focus on your process. Bautahøj is surrounded by stones, but we remove the stones on your way, so you can move freely.

Go up the Stairs of Success and consider why purpose, value and courage comes before action. Alternatively, just sit at the observation point and look at everything from above.

Our most important job is to support you on the way to your results. Therefore, we have chosen to make 6 zones with each its own unique characteristics. Zones that invite you to break your fixed boundaries and set your thoughts free.
Naturally, av-equipment and wireless internet are free of charge. Furthermore, we invite you to have fun in our 90,000-m2 park, on our own beach, sit in front of the fireplace, go for a swim in the swimming pool or work out in the fitness room. Finally, the gastronomy at Bautahøj is high-level. Everything is only 45 minutes from Copenhagen.
Traffic connections
If you use public transport, there are S-train to Frederikssund Station and from there by bus no. 316 to Gl. Kulhusevej from which there are about 5 minutes’ walk to the conference venue.
Rooms
84 modern rooms with 160 beds. The rooms are non-smoking. All rooms are equipped with TV, shower, telephone and hairdryer.
