DOK5000 is a historic and rustic space overlooking the water, featuring exposed wooden beams and raw brick walls. Originally built as a grain warehouse in 1905, DOK5000 was destroyed in the great harbour fire of 1925. After the fire, two new and larger warehouses were constructed, equipped with modern loading facilities.
The venue’s spacious layout makes it ideal for conferences, networking events, exhibitions, company parties, and other creative gatherings. Our newest concept, the Street Food Party, invites guests to mingle, enjoy delicious food, and listen to great music.
Even today, you can still sense the scent of grain when stepping into DOK5000. The combination of rustic details, harbour views, and rich history creates an atmospheric venue equipped with modern facilities — perfect for events hosting between 200 and 2,500 guests.
With our new wooden terrace, there is direct access to fresh air and open skies. Step outside during your event and take in the beautiful harbour view — or incorporate the terrace into your program. The possibilities are endless: use it as a stage for presentations, a space for live music before dinner, or something entirely different.
DOK5000’s Grain Hall is perfect for large-scale events. With capacity for 200–2,500 guests during the winter season and up to 3,045 guests in the summer, the possibilities are endless.
Adjacent to the Grain Hall, you’ll find our wine bar, Artemisia. The wine bar can be seamlessly integrated into your event as an additional meeting room, breakout space, or lounge area — accommodating up to 150 guests.

We create our menus with deep respect for nature. Our kitchen is committed to minimizing food waste through portion-served dishes and by using surplus ingredients in our internal lunch program.
We collaborate with local suppliers and base our menus on seasonal produce, ensuring flavorful dishes made with fresh ingredients. Whenever possible, we choose organic or free-range products.
DOK5000 is currently undergoing Green Key certification in 2024 and 2025. This process ensures that DOK5000 meets international environmental standards and sustainability criteria. Our focus areas include water consumption, waste sorting, recycling, cleaning practices, and the use of organic ingredients.

Another stage can be placed on the wooden terrace with a cozy lounge area — the perfect spot to enjoy the view and mingle under the open sky. Our wine bar, Artemisia, is ideal for hosting a stage in a more exclusive and stylish setting.
When it’s time to eat, our kitchen team serves delicious street food dishes from atmospheric food stalls in outdoor pavilions and indoor food stations. End the day with a spectacular party and live performances on the stages. Our bar team serves everything from wine and craft beer to cocktails.
