What does Gitte do at Danske Konferencecentre? Gitte is responsible for our new online booking platform, BookVisit, where venues can be booked online in just a few clicks.

What is Gitte’s background? Gitte has spent the past 18 years working in the hotel and travel industry, both on land and at sea, in various parts of the world. She works extensively with experience design and is not afraid to think outside the box to create the right online experience for both customers and partners within the association.

Fun fact: In addition to being a proud mother of two young boys, Gitte loves being creative and taking on DIY projects at the family home in Ringsted – often giving her husband a few grey hairs (which is why a written “one project at a time” agreement is now in place). Life is never dull with two children under the age of five, and when it’s time to unwind, she enjoys watching the cows grazing in the fields behind the house as the world slows down.
