With space for 5 to 800 guests, our meeting department’s 21 individual conference rooms
and group rooms can be divided into a total of 28 rooms. Our 800 m2 Ballroom, which can accommodate 800 people, is situated on the bottom floor. There is also a semi-private foyer that can be utilized for receptions, breaks, or something else.
We offer the resources necessary to host a variety of conferences, meetings, and other
gatherings. All our meeting rooms are equipped with the iButler system, an iPad service that allows you to order additional coffee, tea, ice water, technical support, and much more whenever you need it without disrupting a current meeting.

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is situated near the airport, the highway, the train,
and the metro at the center of Ørestad. In around 10 minutes, the nearby metro station will transport you to Copenhagen’s city centre. Trains run frequently and directly to Copenhagen Airport from Ørestad Station.

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers works with concrete initiatives across energy, resources, procurement and event operations. The hotel is Green Key certified and certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 20121 for event management.
A number of the hotel’s initiatives relate to areas also addressed by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including Goal 8 on decent work and economic growth, Goal 12 on responsible consumption and production, and Goal 13 on climate action.
The hotel is also a supplier under the SKI framework agreement and meets the requirements set out in the agreement in areas including environmental performance, social responsibility and quality.
Three of the hotel’s façades feature integrated solar panels that generate electricity for the hotel’s operations. The hotel also uses a groundwater-based system for heating and cooling.
Recycled materials have been used in parts of the hotel’s atrium, including materials derived from plastic bottles, window frames and rubber tyres.
In the kitchen, the hotel works with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, as well as food waste management. Food that cannot be used or donated is sent for biogas production.

there are numerous opportunities for lovely outings or excursions where you can
take a rest in a gorgeous setting.

The distance between us and Royal Arena is only 150 meters. We provide delectable show
menus in conjunction with the majority of concerts held in the Arena, and on
planned dates, we host an after-work bar in our green atrium.
