All rooms are designed with natural daylight, good acoustics, and optimal indoor climate in mind, providing the best conditions for a productive and comfortable event.

Because no two events are alike, we are happy to adapt both the interior and layout to your needs, and many rooms can be combined to create exactly the solution you require. One of our greatest advantages is that all rooms are located together, with refreshments close at hand during breaks. The hotel is only a 30-minute drive from Odense and Svendborg and is easily accessible whether you are coming from Zealand or Jutland – about the same time it takes to drive from Odense to Nyborg or Middelfart.

We offer a large number of free parking spaces in front, along, and behind the hotel. Bus parking is also available. For conferences with more than 25 participants, we are happy to arrange a complimentary round-trip shuttle from Odense Train Station.

Activities

Hotel Faaborg Fjord provides unique settings for team-building. You canexperience everything from action-packed activities such as drone racing andbow battles to calmer but intense experiences like escape games and cozyoutdoor sessions with fire-cooked food such as “Nak & Æd”.

Vintage Train

The hotel has its own platform for the heritage railway, allowing guests to enjoy a special and nostalgic experience. The trip lasts about one and a half hours and can be used for presentations, break activities, or as a unique highlight in your program. With room for up to 120 people, it adds an original twist to any event.

Beach and Water Activities

With its own beach and jetty, the hotel offers optimal conditions for water-based activities. Participants can start the day with a refreshing swim, enjoy informal networking at the beach bar, or explore the fjord by SUP, kayak, glass kayak, raft, or RIB boat. The maritime atmosphere provides calm, energy, and a natural gathering point that balances the program.

Street Food and Outdoor Atmosphere

On the hotel lawn, you can arrange street food setups with long tables, pavilions, lighting, DJ, or live music. This creates a relaxed festival-like atmosphere where participants can enjoy food and drinks informally and strengthen connections across the organization.

When the program moves indoors, there are still plenty of options. The hotel offers cocktail and wine tastings, lounge areas for relaxation, escape games, and musical experiences with a DJ or live band.

Nature and Outdoor Experiences

The South Funen nature surrounding the hotel is actively used as anintegrated part of the meeting and conference experience. Guests can hike in Svanninge Hills, take kayak or glass-kayak tours in the South Funen Archipelago, or enjoy a peaceful walk-and-talk in the forest. Fires can be lit in the forest, where participants can sit at long tables covered with sails, creating a unique atmosphere under the trees.
