Sørup Herregaard offers the perfect setting and years of experience to ensure your conference is a success.

Located centrally on Zealand, just 45 minutes from Copenhagen, the manor is an ideal meeting point for participants traveling from different parts of the country — and, of course, ample parking is available.

After a productive day, enjoy a refreshing walk in the park or relax in our wellness area before savoring dinner in the restaurant with its lovely view of the lake.

The manor offers 102 non-smoking rooms, each equipped with free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and TV.

All 16 meeting rooms feature natural daylight and free internet access, and every plenary room includes a projector.

The restaurant, consisting of several dining rooms, provides a beautiful view of the lake and moat. Outside, you’ll find a large terrace with seating for up to 220 guests — and during the summer, when the weather allows, we grill outdoors.

In our Relax Area, you can unwind in the large saltwater pool, kept at a pleasant 29°C, or enjoy time in the sauna.

In the park, guests can make use of two pétanque courts, a 12-hole mini golf course, and a tennis court.

Challenge your colleagues in the games lounge, offering billiards, table football, air hockey, and darts, or spend the evening in our cozy nightclub.

The estate’s vast grounds – 700 acres of parkland and forest – invite you to take walks or runs surrounded by nature. Here you’ll encounter pheasants, sika deer, and an abundance of birdlife, offering a truly peaceful escape.

Meeting Capacity

The plenary rooms can accommodate 30–85 participants, while “The Hall” offers space for 400 guests in theatre seating or 300 for dinner at round tables.

The restaurant, located in the charming main building with views of the moat and lake, seats 250 guests.

Here, you’ll also find the large outdoor terrace, where we fire up the grill whenever the weather allows.

By Train:
Take the train to Ringsted Station, then a taxi to Sørupvej 26 – approximately DKK 100.
We are happy to help arrange bus transportation from the station upon request.

By Car:
From Copenhagen/Odense (E20 highway) – take exit 36, then follow Route 14 towards Næstved for about 8 km. In Høm, turn right towards Sørup, and 3 km later, you’ll arrive in our courtyard.
From Odense/Copenhagen (E20 highway) – take exit 35, follow the signs (past the station) to Route 14 towards Næstved. In Høm, turn right towards Sørup, and 3 km later, you’ll arrive in our courtyard.
