All meeting rooms feature state-of-the-art technology and reflect the unique architecture with industrial design and raw elements. Altogether, the conference facilities can host up to 200 people across two floors.

Here you will find 169 rooms — all designed with a cool industrial look that respects the historic buildings the hotel is housed in. You can stay in different room types featuring preserved original elements; some with raw concrete walls and semi-open bathrooms, others with iron or wooden beams, arched windows, and herringbone floors.
Our Standard Double Rooms and Superior Double Rooms differ, with some facing the street and featuring cool ‘zipper’ windows behind the famous gold plates on the facade. In our Deluxe Double Rooms, you have large round panoramic windows where you can sit and enjoy the view of Bryggernes Plads. The suites are located in both buildings and therefore offer varied interiors. Here, you can stay in a cool industrial style — or in a more elegant setting with herringbone floors and round rooms.
You have a variety of meeting rooms to choose from, accommodating up to 150 participants—perfect for meetings, large and small conferences, or events. Altogether, the entire conference facility can host 200 people spread over two floors. The meeting rooms are designed in the same industrial style as the hotel, surrounding you with plenty of history, extraordinary interiors, and raw details that create a truly unique atmosphere. When it’s time for a break, you can make a cup of coffee, grab a cold drink, fruit, or some salty snacks in the lounge—unlimited throughout the meeting as part of our ‘ALL-INCLUSIVE CONFERENCE’.
Only need a short meeting? Chambre is an exclusive meeting room with space for 8 participants, ideal for quick meetings, workshops, and small get-togethers. Chambre is located next to the lobby bar and features a unique design that mixes modern edgy details with the building’s history. We offer a ‘Short Meet-Up’ version of our ‘ALL-INCLUSIVE CONFERENCE’ for meetings held in Chambre.

Carlsberg City is perfectly located between Vesterbro, Frederiksberg, and the city center, so when you stay at Hotel Ottilia, you’re close to… well, pretty much everything! You just need to step outside the hotel, and everything is right around you. Explore the area with our special ‘Go Local’ recommendations or venture out on your own, where you’ll find locals hanging out in the small squares or in one of the historic gardens. Just a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find the popular Istedgade with plenty of shops, the lively Meatpacking District, Copenhagen Zoo, and Frederiksberg Gardens. PSST! Got a bad sense of direction? Just look for the elephants! Hotel Ottilia is located right next to the famous Elephant Gate in Carlsberg City. You can also spot the large round gold plates on the hotel’s facade (Bonus info: they are designed to resemble the bottom of a beer bottle, as the hotel is located in the old Carlsberg Brewery).

We regularly donate furniture and inventory to shelters. Twice a year, we hold clothing collections for the upcoming season in cooperation with the ‘Aktivitetscentret Sundholm’ in Copenhagen.
