Easy to reach, wherever your attendees are travelling from
Billund Airport is just a few minutes' drive away, and Vejle Station and the E45 motorway are around 25 minutes away. That makes it easy to bring together attendees from across Denmark and abroad. For those arriving by car, 400 free parking spaces are available on site.
Room for your entire programme
A keynote in the auditorium, workshops in smaller rooms and networking afterwards, all without anyone having to leave the building. With 25 flexible meeting rooms and two auditoriums seating 54 and 300 people, you can build the day around your content rather than around the rooms. All meeting rooms have Wi-Fi, and several are equipped with interactive whiteboards.
For larger events, the 1,800 m² Multihouse can host trade fairs, conferences, corporate events and dinners.

The programme doesn't end with the last agenda item
As a conference guest, you can use LEGOLAND® Park for meetings, breaks, team building and events, in surroundings you won't find at any other conference centre.
In the evening, you can welcome your guests with drinks among sharks and rays in Atlantis, followed by dinner in the panorama restaurant. Or you can round off the day with a gala dinner at LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel.

Accommodation for the whole group
With 365 rooms across two hotels, your entire conference can stay right where it meets.
LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference has 223 rooms, all equipped with TV, minibar, telephone, iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Attendees can walk straight from their room to the meeting room.
LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel is located 100 metres from the conference centre and has 142 rooms.
For larger groups, a further 200 rooms are available at neighbouring hotels within walking distance.
From a small meeting to a conference for 800
LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference combines a 5-star conference centre with two 4-star hotels in Billund, Denmark, bringing meeting space and accommodation together in one location.
The dedicated conference centre has 25 meeting rooms and two auditoriums seating 54 and 300 guests. For larger events, the 1,800 m² Multihouse can host trade fairs, conferences and corporate events, and seats up to 800 guests for dinner. For presentations to the whole company, the LEGO® Studios cinema seats up to 448.
High-speed Wi-Fi and modern AV equipment are available throughout.

By air
Billund International Airport is just 3 km from Hotel LEGOLAND®. There are direct flights from most of Europe. The rest of the world can be reached via a connection at Copenhagen.
By car
Close to the major European E45 motorway. 400 free parking spaces.
By train
Vejle station is nearby with a direct hourly service from Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus and Aalborg. There are bus connections from all the nearby stations stopping at Hotel LEGOLAND®.

LEGOLAND® Hotel & Conference and LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel are both certified with Green Key, the most widespread eco-label in the tourism industry. The certification documents a long-standing commitment to energy efficiency, environmental responsibility and sustainable operations.

Bronze Organic Cuisine Label
The kitchen holds the bronze Organic Cuisine Label, which means that between 30 and 60% of the ingredients used are organic. The label is subject to official government inspection, so the organic share is documented rather than simply an ambition.
Merlin’s Magic Wand
LEGOLAND® is part of Merlin Entertainments, whose charity Merlin’s Magic Wand gives seriously ill, disabled and disadvantaged children around the world the chance to enjoy memorable experiences with their family and friends.
The charity provides tickets to Merlin attractions and grants towards travel costs, so finances don’t stand in the way of a day out. For children who are too ill to visit, the charity brings the experiences to them, including sensory rooms and specially adapted play areas in hospitals and hospices.

With the Business & Bricks team building concept, the LEGO® brick becomes a tool for collaboration. When participants build and visualise their ideas, abstract topics become tangible, making it easier to share knowledge and understand one another. Play and visualisation work for adults too.
The workshops can be used as team building in their own right, as a sharp change of pace in the middle of a long day of meetings, or as a kick-off to your seminar that energises the rest of the programme.
