Hotel Park Middelfart is a beautiful, modern 3-star hotel with 103 rooms. Once a hospital, the 100-year-oldbuilding was recently refurbished and still maintains its charm and character whilst perfectly situated in attractive grounds in the heart of the city centre, close to the sea and the unique waterfront.
Although located in tranquil surroundings and close to the coast, Hotel Park is easy to reachby car or by train, with plenty of free parking and within walking distance of the train station.

We have 103 bedrooms and a total of 256 beds.
Of these, 83 are double rooms and 20 are single. 35 of our double rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The hotel’s conference facilities are bright and inviting with great views of the new Little Belt Bridge. The hotel has 22 meeting rooms with a capacity for 900 people!
Our largest room comfortably seats 360 people in a classroom style and 540 people in theatre style.

We have an indoor activity room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey. Outside there is a large campfire, perfect for snobrød, traditional Danish bonfire bread, a petanque court, room for teambulding activities or ball games such as dodgeball or rounders and for a more peaceful option, a mind break in our gazebo. Furthermore, it is possible to reserve a bar area for evening events.

Hotel Park has a great space for both indoor and outdoor teambuilding activities. Although close to the railway station and town centre, our 15,000 square meter park becomes an isolated oasis perfect for focus and fun. As well as the impressive tranquil grounds, we have a petanque court, bonfire area, football pitch and space for softball or rounders. Our conference team will organise some of the activities for you in-house and we also have external partners to call on for a wider range of activities. Ask for more information when booking.

city
centre of Middelfart. A guided tour will take you back through history with the sights and sounds of
the old days including a visit to the 800 year old Middelfart Church and views of both the new and old Little Belt Bridges.
We have extensive outdoor group areas and a campfire area with seating. In the park area there is a sensory path for a mindful walk or if you want to go jogging, we have route maps and running vests freely available at reception and there’s always a good reason to use our free popcorn and soft serve ice cream!
Just a 10 minute walk from the hotel is Lillebælt Hallerne, a large sports complex with indoor facilities and outdoor pitches available for hourly rental.

Hog Roast
If you want to take your event to the next level, a whole pig roast is a spectacular focal point to any gathering and always leaves a great impression. The aroma of slow roasted pork is as much a theatre event as it is a barbecue and guests always go wild for the large portions of crunchy crackling.
Bridge Walking
Unique in Europe and a "must do" activity whilst you are in the area, is Bridge Walking. At a height of almost 200 feet, 60 metres, your team will experience not only the exhilaration of walking on top of a bridge, but also unique and unforgettable views of the sea, passing ships and coastline. The bridge is close by and takes only 2 hours including a security briefing, so can be used as a breakout session or an afternoon event.?
Dodgeball
Our green fields provide a great opportunity to put together a range of activities that promote co-operation, fun and motivation. Tell us what you need and we will set everything up for you. It could be dodgeball, relay races or try an enjoyable and inclusive game for all, rundbold, a danish team game similar to softball or rounders.?
Petanque
Our petanque court is always ready for a challenge between colleagues or fellow students. A great opportunity to enjoy the weather, have a relaxed conversation and a little fun!?
Snobrød
In Scandinavia, right from when we are in nursery school, meeting around an open fire is a classic. Snobrød is a traditional Danish bonfire bread. Essentially dough wrapped around a wooden stick and baked over the open fire, it’s a perfect way to connect with colleagues as the night goes on and truly experience Danish "hygge". Our campfire can be used as an outdoor group room or as a fun activity and we even serve hot chocolate if the weather is a little chilly.?
?Hotel Park is just 1 kilometre from the newly renovated and refurbished Middelfart Marina, full of life around the clock, all year round. Alongside the marina there is a lovely Blue Flag sandy beach with a beach volleyball court. Take a nice swim or just to enjoy the view over Fænø Sound.?
