With 422 rooms and 800 beds in total, we cater to a variety of needs, including single and double rooms, family suites for 3–5 guests and two junior suites. Many of our rooms were recently renovated in 2022 and early 2023.
All rooms include private bathrooms, TVs, workspaces, and complimentary WiFi to ensure a comfortable stay.

At Nyborg Strand, we work with specific initiatives relating to ingredients, food waste, education and social engagement. Our three core values; responsibility, meaningfulness and inclusivity guide the way we operate as a hotel, workplace and meeting place.
In our kitchens, we focus on quality, seasonality and the origin of our ingredients. We source many of our ingredients from producers on Funen and elsewhere in Denmark, and we continually adapt our menus to reflect seasonal availability. We have also been awarded the Bronze Organic Cuisine Label, which documents that 30–60% of the food and beverages we purchase are organic.
As a training establishment, we contribute to the education of the hospitality industry’s future chefs and waiters. This is reflected in Restaurant Stranden, where our apprentices take responsibility for the entire dining experience, from menu development and food preparation to hosting and service. Throughout the process, they work alongside and under the guidance of our experienced professionals.
We also provide ongoing support to selected organisations and projects, both locally and nationally, where our contribution can be translated into specific activities. We are a permanent Gold Sponsor of Team Rynkeby and have maintained a close partnership with Kirkens Korshær, a Danish social welfare organisation, since 2023.
As part of this partnership, we invite 70 families with children in vulnerable circumstances to Nyborg Strand each summer for a free four-day, all-inclusive holiday. We also provide free coffee for visitors to Kirkens Korshær’s social cafés and drop-in centres across Funen.
