Pakhus Bryggen offers a rustic and atmospheric venue, perfect for corporate events in Copenhagen. Let us provide the setting for your next company dinner, party, Christmas celebration, or summer party with street food.

The venue originally served as FDB’s warehouse during Bryggen’s industrial heyday. Today, it has been renovated with respect for its history. The original pillars have been preserved, while a modern kitchen, bar, and lounge areas have been added – creating a well-balanced blend of historic and contemporary details.

At Pakhus Bryggen, we tailor each solution to ensure you get exactly the corporate event you are looking for.

With us, you’ll be supported by a professional and experienced team who will work with you to create the event you envision. You will be assigned your own project manager, who will help you stay on top of the planning. At your event, our experienced chefs, waiters, and bartenders ensure a successful experience.

Treat your taste buds

We have our own kitchen, where our chefs prepare all the food for your event. They are passionate about creating modern dishes with great attention to detail. The menus are inspired by the season and its fresh, distinctive ingredients.

With us, you can create a fully curated corporate event, where your senses are treated to a unique drinks menu. The menu is rooted in our “fine drinking” concept from our cocktail bar, Artemisia, at our venue Moltkes Palæ.

We are inspired by the New Nordic Cuisine manifesto. Using seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, we add a fresh and distinctive touch to every drink.

Pakhus Bryggen offers an urban yet exclusive setting with facilities that ensure a dinner or corporate party beyond the ordinary. The warehouse features a large, inviting terrace, lounge areas, our Artemisia bar, and interiors with Danish design.

Our kitchen is led by the same head chef as our other venue, Moltkes Palæ, and serves gastronomy rooted in Nordic and French cuisine — with a focus on flavour and local, seasonal ingredients.

Pakhus Bryggen also offers accessible facilities, is Green Key certified, has fast internet, holds the Økologiske Spisemærke, and provides good parking options.

Pakhus Bryggen is a historic building from 1892 that received the prestigious Green Key certification in 2025.

Green Key is the international eco-label for tourism. As a guest, you can be assured that Pakhus Bryggen meets a range of requirements set by the Green Key certification. These requirements cover areas such as energy and water consumption, cleaning, organic sourcing, and waste sorting.

We strive to minimise our environmental impact in our daily operations. We aim to set high standards for ourselves and the way we run our business. We are proud to be able to follow Green Key’s strict requirements in areas such as procurement, resource consumption, organic sourcing, and waste management.

Our focus areas

We make a dedicated effort to purchase organic products. As a guest, you will experience that our kitchen prioritises fresh and organic ingredients, supporting our mission to deliver the best possible flavours.

We minimise our impact on the Danish environment through a strong focus on reducing waste, as well as plastic and energy consumption.

Our skilled chefs work purposefully to reduce food waste by planning menus based on plated servings, ensuring that ingredients are fully utilised and aligned with the number of guests. We continuously strive to improve our efforts to reduce food waste.

We prioritise the purchase of seasonal ingredients from Danish producers and suppliers. In addition, we set strict requirements for sourcing fish, seafood, and other ingredients that require special consideration.

Organic food and beverages account for between 30–60% of our total purchases. Pakhus Bryggen has therefore been awarded the Danish Organic Cuisine Label in bronze.

Activities

Just 200 metres from the warehouse, you will find Islands Brygge’s maritime and green spaces, which can be used for activities and team building.

We can also recommend a canal tour, which can be accessed directly from the harbourfront.
