Originally established as a textile factory in 1880 by the merchant Holger Petersen, the building was later taken over by Schiller & Co, led by Leif Schiller, lending it the name “Schiller House.” Today, Schiller Meeting & Conference spans over10,000 m² of flexible office space, hosting around 400 people across 70 diverse companies.

Schiller Meeting & Conference has a close partnership with the hotel chain Bob W. Here, we can offer our guests a special price for accommodation after a conference at Schiller. The hotel has 160 rooms, each accommodating 1-4 guests. Bob W is a Finnish hotel chain that was established in 2018 with the aim of combining the reliable quality of hotels with the authentic and affordable atmosphere found in private homes. The chain offers accommodation that blends modern design with local culture and sustainability. The hotel is located 1400 meters, or 1 metro stop, from Schiller Meeting & Conference.

Our office community includes a fully staffed reception to handle calls and welcome guests, along with print facilities and high-speed internet access. Schiller Cantina offers a daily lunch buffet, featuring a selection of hot and cold dishes, salads, bread, and vegetarian options. The Cantina also provides take-away options and meeting catering, and on Fridays, a larger breakfast buffet is served – ideal for both dining indoors or enjoying our spacious, green courtyard, the perfect place to take a break and reconnect with nature right in the heart of the city.

The Schiller Lounge is a social hub equipped with a self-service bar, where members can purchase drinks with our Schiller card, enjoying the lounge area for relaxation and networking. The lounge also features a gaming area with board games and foosball, all available for members’ use. A popular spot for casual meet-ups and social events, Schiller Lounge is designed for unwinding and
