While Classic Car House does not offer on-site accommodation, we have preferred agreements with two nearby hotels.

We can offer attractive rates at Comwell Holte, located approximately 5 km from Classic Car House, and Sinatur Hotel Frederiksdal, just 3.5 km away.

Both hotels are set in peaceful, scenic surroundings and provide comfortable accommodation for business travellers and meeting participants alike.

At Classic Car House, we provide the perfect setting for everything from intimate executive meetings to large-scale conferences, presentations and corporate celebrations. With several distinctive venues and atmospheres to choose from, we can create the ideal backdrop for your event—with or without classic cars as part of the experience.

Caroline Amalie is our impressive plenary hall, designed for memorable events. The space is ideal for conferences, keynote presentations, gala dinners and corporate events, and even allows vehicles to be showcased indoors. It combines state-of-the-art facilities, outstanding acoustics and elegant architectural details.

At Willy’s Restaurant, you will find two smaller meeting rooms as well as exclusive private dining rooms located on the first floor. These secluded spaces are ideal for board meetings, workshops and smaller gatherings.

Our Repos area, located within the car hotel, features three meeting rooms and a larger event space overlooking the collection of classic cars, creating a truly distinctive atmosphere.

Above the museum, the Goodwood Lounge offers an elegant setting with premium designer furniture, a boardroom table seating up to 18 guests, and several comfortable lounge areas—perfect for confidential meetings and informal conversations.

We also offer the possibility of exclusive hire of the entire venue, providing complete privacy and flexibility for larger events.

Caroline Amalie is our impressive plenary hall, accommodating up to 232 guests at round tables or 350 guests in theatre-style seating. The venue is designed for large-scale events and even allows vehicles to be driven directly into the hall for presentations or product showcases. With outstanding acoustics, elegant architectural details and an exclusive wooden floor, Caroline Amalie is the ideal setting for conferences, keynote presentations, corporate celebrations and major events.

Perched above the museum, the Goodwood Lounge offers an exclusive and refined atmosphere. Featuring a large boardroom table, stylish lounge seating and beautiful exposed timber beams, it is ideal for client events, VIP dinners, executive seminars and strategy sessions. The lounge also offers a private entrance, making it perfect for businesses seeking complete privacy.

In the Repos area within the car hotel, you will find three meeting rooms alongside a spacious event area overlooking the collection of classic cars. The space is well suited to product launches, exhibitions, client events, presentations, standing receptions and buffet events for up to 250 guests.

At Willy’s Restaurant, two smaller meeting rooms and exclusive private dining rooms are located on the first floor, offering a quiet and elegant setting for smaller meetings, workshops and confidential business dinners.

Classic Car House has its own in-house kitchen, where all catering for both Willy’s Restaurant and our meeting and event guests is freshly prepared.

The kitchen has been awarded the Danish Organic Cuisine Label (Bronze), reflecting our commitment to organic ingredients. Our Head Chef places great emphasis on using seasonal fruit and vegetables, ensuring that our menus follow nature’s rhythm throughout the year.

Our meeting facilities, completed in 2023, were designed with a focus on modern, energy-efficient solutions, including optimised electricity and water consumption.

We are continuously working to strengthen our sustainability profile and achieve additional certifications. As new initiatives and certifications are implemented, they will be presented here.

Classic Car House is more than a venue—it’s a destination where passion, history and beautiful architecture come together under one roof. Home to a museum, classic car dealership, workshop, car hotel and restaurant, the venue is surrounded by an extraordinary collection of up to 300 classic cars.

During breaks, guests can explore the museum and discover K.W. Bruun’s fascinating history of more than 100 years of car importation in Denmark, or visit one of our temporary exhibitions. Over the years, these have included Royal Motoring, Bugatti, and BMW Art Cars, featuring works by internationally renowned artists such as Andy Warhol.

For those who want to dive even deeper into the stories behind the collection, our experienced guides offer inspiring tours of both the museum and the car hotel.
