Kosmopol is located in the center of Copenhagen and several public parks, such as the King’s Garden or Copenhagen Botanical Garden, are within short walking distance. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the middle of the vibrant city and get a break from your meeting agenda. If you like, we would happily pack up a sandwich for you to enjoy outside.

Kosmopol’s central location makes it easy to use the surrounding city and parks for activities – anything from a nice walk to get fresh air to a more organized teambuilding activities, can help inspire communication and give new input. Please let us know if you have an interest in a teambuilding activity, then we will help you find the right solution for your group. As the Danish weather isn’t always the best for outdoor activities, alternative experiences such as Escape Rooms and Vitual Reality are found within a few 100 meters.

If you wish to experience a lecture and perhaps a cocktail-making class at Kosmopol, we have great partners, who can be of assistance in finding just the right activity for you and your guests.

Kosmopol’s beautiful Banquet Hall with 8 meters to the sculpted plaster ceiling, classic roman columns and original details from when the building was built in 1902, is perfect for dinner followed by music and dancing. The hall is ideal for the company Christmas or Summer party for all the colleagues, as well as networking events for clients.

We offer a good party package and can provide several different types of catering as well as add-on like a DJ, a cocktailbar or late night snacks. If you have specific wishes for a theme party, we have great partners who can assist with this.

Kosmopol is located in the heart of Copehagen only a few meters from Nørreport Station, the busiest train and Metro Station in Denmark, so we can honestly say that you and your guests are brought straight to our doorstep when using public transportation. There’s a direct Metro line to the airport, ensuring that any guests or keynote speakers from abroad, easily find their way to the conference center.

Copenhagen city life is found right outside our frontdoor and sights such as Torvehallerne Market, Our Saviors Church, Rosenborg Castle, Copenhagen Botanical Gardens, the King’s Garden, Strøget (pedestrian street) and the Round Tower are found within short walking distance. We are more than happy to help you with ideas and must sees for your guest whiles visiting Copenhagen.

At Kosmopol it is important to us that our lunch is seasonal and of course offers great flavour experiences. It is key that you leave lunch feeling full and satisfied, with renewed energy for the rest of the day. We serve a 2-course lunch with a starter, mainly vegetarian or with fish, and a main course that includes meat. Our kitchen is very passionate about the green kitchen and focus on reducing food waste, we therefor strieve to get the correct number of participants, allergies and vegetarians a head of the event.

For dinner parties we offer a wide selection of catering options that goes hand in hand with your type of event – anything from the classic 3-course meal at round tables to social dining at longer rectangular tables.

For receptions we serve a selection of savory and sweet canapees, along with a nice glas of wine or a cold beer. We always put the events together after your wishes.
