Yet, nothing surpasses the beauty of nature’s own architecture, best enjoyed from Restaurant Evald K — named after the legendary Evald Krog, founder of The Danish Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. Here, we protect both nature and the climate through a focused strategy to reduce our CO2 footprint, using local ingredients sourced from the rich food landscapes of West Zealand.

If you insist on having lamb or beef, you’ll pay a little extra — but if you choose the green path, you’ll be rewarded on the bill. Enjoy a glass of Danish wine from Røsnæs or a locally brewed beer from Funen or Reersø. We love supporting local producers — and you can taste the difference.

Musholm is a social enterprise founded by The Danish Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. All profits go towards creating memorable sports and holiday experiences for people with disabilities and their families.
