1 Large Auditorium – Capacity: 230 participants

The impressive auditorium, designed in the style of an amphitheatre, offers unique acoustics, 230 comfortable sofa chairs with indirectly lit writing desks, and a 7 x 4 metre screen.
In addition to four interpreter booths and one control room, the auditorium includes free access to a lectern with a built-in PC and internet connection, projector, and both clip-on and handheld microphones.

The auditorium is ideal for large meetings, conferences, lectures, seminars, general assemblies, film screenings, entertainment, and concerts.

6 Meeting and Conference Rooms – Capacity: up to 86 participants

Our well-equipped meeting and conference rooms accommodate between 20 and 86 participants, making them ideal for medium-sized setups.

All rooms include Wi-Fi and standard AV equipment.

6 Breakout Rooms – Capacity: up to 10 participants

Our smaller, fully equipped breakout rooms are perfect for meetings of 2–10 participants.

Each room includes internet access as well as AV and IT equipment.

Grand Hall – 1,000 m² plus lower level of 500 m²

The stunning hall, featuring marble floors, a panoramic elevator, brass columns, a flowing fountain, and tall ficus trees reaching toward the glass ceiling, is the true heart of the building.
The entire area is flexible and can be adapted for multiple purposes — the only limit is your imagination when hosting your event in this remarkable space.

Exhibition Areas – Large and Small

Both the ground floor and lower level offer flexible exhibition areas, ideal for stands, displays, and product presentations.

Lounge & Sofa Areas

Adjacent to the main hall, you’ll find inviting lounge environments with comfortable seating and high-top table areas. These cozy spaces are perfect for informal meetings or a relaxing coffee break.

Restaurant

All events at Nordsjællands KonferenceCenter can be combined with lunch and/or dinner, with capacity for up to 700 guests.

Our talented chefs serve inspiring, seasonally varied menus and buffets in a warm and welcoming restaurant setting.

Nordsjællands KonferenceCenter is centrally located in Allerød, just a 30-minute drive from Copenhagen city centre.

By car:
– From the Hillerød motorway: Take Exit 11 via Nymøllevej and Banevang. Pass Allerød Station on your left, continue for 2 km, then turn left onto Gydevang.

– From the Helsingør highway: Take Exit 9 towards Hillerød via Blovstrød. Pass Allerød Station on your left, continue for 2 km, then turn left onto Gydevang.

By public transport:
– Take the S-train, line E, from Copenhagen Central Station to Allerød Station (approx. 35 minutes).
– From Allerød Station, take bus no. 335 to Gydevang (approx. 5 minutes).
